1.3 Nature of Services
WeWake provides technological infrastructure enabling interaction with blockchain systems, including but not limited to:
Token acquisition interfaces
Staking participation mechanisms
Smart account provisioning
Transaction routing and execution sponsorship
Reward distribution systems
User interface layers interacting with smart contracts
WeWake does not operate as:
A financial institution
An investment advisor
A broker or exchange
A custodian (unless explicitly stated)
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement
You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited
You are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned entity or individual
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or registered email.
User Rights and Responsibilities
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Services for lawful personal or commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.
3.2 User Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when interacting with the platform
Maintain the security of your wallet credentials and private keys
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Not use the Services to facilitate illegal transactions or money laundering
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Use automated scripts or bots without prior written consent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform's infrastructure
Circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access controls
Blockchain and Smart Contract Risks
4.1 Immutability
Transactions executed on blockchain networks are irreversible. WeWake cannot cancel, reverse, or modify any on-chain transaction once submitted.
4.2 Smart Contract Risk
While our smart contracts are audited, they may contain vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that interacting with smart contracts carries inherent technical risk.
4.3 Network Conditions
Transaction execution depends on network conditions including gas fees, congestion, and validator availability. WeWake does not guarantee execution timing or outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, trademarks, logos, and materials on the platform are the exclusive property of WeWake or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeWake shall not be liable for:
Loss of digital assets due to user error, wallet compromise, or network failure
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Termination
WeWake reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of WeWake Ltd.'s incorporation. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
